Abstract: 

A review of the history of human civilization shows that various management styles have been experienced. The formation and evolutionary process of management styles have been subject to variables such as job type, organizational structure, and the prevailing philosophy of society, and the evolution of theories has not yet ceased. In line with the introduction of concepts such as servitude, ethics, spirituality, and value-based management into the field of management, management approaches in alignment with these concepts were formed. Jihadist management, as an achievement of the Islamic Revolution, can satisfy all the Managerial needs in an Islamic society that is anti-oppression, justice-oriented, and focused on construction. Therefore, the aim of the present research is to investigate Jihadist management as an efficient management based on Islamic culture. This research was conducted through a systematic review method. For this purpose, articles related to the research topic were studied. Based on the concepts presented in various definitions of Jihadist management, it can be said that Jihadist management is derived from Islamic themes and a value-based thinking paradigm that aims for divine proximity, spiritual reward, servitude, honoring people, and in line with the comprehensive goals of the Islamic Revolution (including national policies, transnational, justice-oriented, elimination of oppression, construction, etc. ). In the implementation of this type of management, ethical, Islamic, people-oriented, and justice-oriented methods are utilized. The components of Jihadist management include intellectual and practical commitment to Islam, justice-oriented, Jihadist, insight, vigilance and presence, authority, servitude, and decisiveness in the face of amiability. Additionally, the characteristics of a Jihadist Manager include Islamic and humane beliefs, insight, Islamic behaviors, order and effort, and general personal capabilities. The changing conditions of organizations, the complex international conditions imposed on Iran, cultural diversity among organizational employees, existing gaps due to limited resources in organizations, and the developing status of our country necessitate that Iranian Managers possess a different spirit compared to global management standards.

Abstract: 

In social and cultural studies, Jihadist identity is considered a new concept and in the field of international and regional conflicts, it is one of the most used concepts. This identity has found place in literary matters, especially in novels, to the extent that in the last decades, it has been the theme of most Holy Defense novels. The important question is what achievements the culture of Jihadist identity has transferred to the audience in this genre. Jihadist identity is one of the most essential needs of an independent society that if realized, attacking that country would be a fruitless effort. Using Ernesto Laclau’ s discourse method, the present study seeks to achieve a content analysis of the characteristics of Jihadist identity in the two novels ‘ The Beheaded Palms’ , and ‘ The Burned Earth’ . In this method, the reader is shown a solid link between components such as courage, resistance, sacrifice, and the spirit of martyrdom, which has been inspired by religious beliefs. Such a study, in addition to reflecting the non-wise beliefs of negative characters, can make the audience more familiar with the lifestyle and Jihadist culture of the fighters. The findings of this research show that the achievements of the novels have been resistance against the Ba'ath party as our enemy, regaining occupied cities, and the establishment of security and independence of the country, considering the charisma and positive spirit of the character in the story that is against invasion. Therefore, such an identity has prepared the mind of the audience to defend the borders of Islamic Iran.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Managers and leaders of organizations due to the speed, complexity and acceleration of environmental changes that affect the fate of the organization need to adapt the organization to environmental changes and it is important to choose the appropriate leadership style and model to face such a challenge. Is. The aim of this study was to provide a strategic model of transformational leadership with a jihadi approach. In this research, theories and patterns of transformational leadership, as well as the characteristics and components of jihadi management were examined. Method: The research was analyzed in terms of applied purpose and research data by qualitative method and content analysis technique. The statistical population of the study was research and articles in the fields of transformation leadership and jihadi management in which the patterns and characteristics of transformational and jihadi leaders were identified and analyzed. Findings: Research and studies have examined the transformational leadership patterns and processes of transformational leadership and most of the predicted stages include design, implementation and control and the characteristics of transformational leaders are ideal influence, mental persuasion, inspirational motivation and Individual considerations have been expressed, and research in the field of Jihadist approach has also introduced the components of the value system, decision-making system, guidance and control system, and leadership. Conclusion: The proposed model includes three dimensions, design, implementation, and execution and monitoring and monitoring, and each has 2 components. Roles and responsibilities of leadership in the design dimension of transformation 8 indicators, in the implementation and implementation of 9 indicators and in the dimension of supervision and monitoring 8 indicators and leadership competencies in the design of transformation 16 indicators, in the implementation and implementation of 18 indicators And in the dimension of supervision and monitoring, 3 indicators have been determined. As a result, the use of a designed model in the process of creating strategic change in organizations facilitates the quality and speed of organizational change by leaders.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to design a jihadi management model in Islamic Azad University. Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose, exploratory in terms of mixed method and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included experts from Islamic Azad University at the educational and executive level. To determine the samples of this study, ten people were selected using targeted non-random sampling method and saturation principle. The statistical population of the quantitative sector, including all Managers and senior experts of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Central Organization of the Islamic Azad University, was 480 people, using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method, 214 people as sample size. Selected. To collect data, semi-structured interview tools and a researcher-made questionnaire were used. To validate the instrument in the qualitative part of the research, the valuable opinions of professors familiar with the field and academic experts who were experts in this field were used, and the reliability of the experiment and the method of agreement within the subject were used to calculate the reliability of the interviews. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, content and structure validity were used and reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability, which showed the validity and reliability of the tool. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part of theoretical coding was derived from the method of fundamental data processing theory. In the quantitative and inferential part, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used using Smart Pls-v2 software. Findings: The results of the study showed that participation, contentment, institutionalizing moral values and giving importance to the treasury were influential factors on jihadi management and effective factors of jihadi management including self-confidence, transformation, hard work and speed of action in Things are. Also, the components of jihadi management in Islamic Azad University include management for God, provincial management, flexibility, structure and appropriate organization. According to the identified factors, finally, the jihadi management model was presented in Islamic Azad University, which had a suitable fit. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the defined components and the jihadi management model in the society of free universities of the country and these components are effective in explaining jihadi management in society.

Abstract: 

Jihadist management and resistive economy in the defense industry provide defensive deterrence through the internal construction of power under the patronage of the Supreme Leader. In the present research, the authors were seeking to present a pattern of Jihadist management in the defense industry and then examined the impact of Jihadist management on the resilient economy. Therefore, the main aim of this research is to provide a model of Jihadist management in terms of resilient economy in the defense industry of Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is an applied research. The statistical population included the defense industry staff. Sampling was done decisively to select experts. The results of the research showed that Jihadist management has a positive and significant impact on resistive economy. Finally, the applied suggestions resulting from the research were provided in order to implement Jihadist management and resistive economy in the defense industry.

Abstract: 

As half of the body of human society, women can be influential in human society through their existential capacities and delicacies. In this regard, they can participate in social activities according to their abilities. This approach is based on the premise that women, like men, are primarily human. They have special human dignity and are the addresses of religions’ teachings. Although in the family they are under male tutelage, they have existential autonomy and therefore are personally responsible and accountable for their behavior. According to Qur'an, both men and women are equal and Prophet (peace be upon him) has honored them. Although in the time of the caliphate, there was a break in honoring women, with the power of Imam Ali (As), women regained their dignity and participated in social activities. Historical records of these social activities show that Imam Ali’ s (As) approach toward women was the same as the Qur'anic, humanistic approach and in line with the Seerah of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Highlighting these records can provide new readings of the narrations of Imam Ali (As) about women. One of the major achievements of this research is to correct the obloquious approaches towards Imam Ali’ s (As) words regarding women, since the Imam Ali’ s (As) seerah, which is also derived from his beliefs, offers a comprehensive model of women's integrity in this school. Using a librarybased descriptive-analytical method, the paper by highlighting the Jihadist activity of women in the Alawite tradition seeks to indicate that Imam Ali (As) respected the social status of women and never compromised their status.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim Among the various factors related to high-risk behaviors of young people, anger management skills and their resilience as a set of psychological skills and talents is one of the most important predictors of high-risk behaviors and consequently the order and security of human society. It is considered because there are intertwined and complex relationships between them. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of developing a structural model of the role of anger management skills on youth high-risk behaviors mediated by resilience. Methodology In this descriptive-correlational study, 383 undergraduate students of Tabriz Azad University participated in the present study online by available sampling method and through virtual classes, and were asked the anger control skills questionnaire by Hajiati et al. 2008), Wagnild Resistance (2009) and Iranian Risk Questionnaire (2008). This method was chosen due to traffic restrictions when the corona risk becomes serious. Then, structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the statistical data. Results The results showed that the proposed model has an acceptable fit. Because it was specified that the direct effect of anger management skills on high-risk behaviors (0. 001), P (β-0. 363 (indirect effect) (0. 022)), P (-0. 4277 (as well as the total effect between variables) / 001 0), P (β-0. 424), all three of which are statistically significant, which means that anger management skills are directly and indirectly significantly related to high-risk behavior.

Abstract: 

Borders in each country are very important because of their different roles and functions such as economic, military, social, political functions and the roles of separation, integration and communication. It is important to carefully consider the management of this part of the country. As borders in each country are influenced by the cultural, social and political conditions of that country, the management model must also be a native one which takes into considerations the cultural and social conditions of that country. The purpose of this study is to develop a Jihadist management model in border management so that this model can be used to manage the borders in a better way. Method: The method used in this research is a mix method study (consisting of two types of qualitative and quantitative studies) with sequential heuristic approach. In the sequential heuristic approach, first, qualitative data and then quantitative data are collected and analyzed. Qualitative phase has usually priority, and quantitative data are used to enhance qualitative ones. Conclusion: In this research, experts prioritized dimensions according to their importance as follows: knowledge dimension, organizational dimension, acquisition dimension, mission dimension, and field dimension. As stated above, knowledge dimension received the first rank and field dimension ranked the fifth. Finally, according to the experts’ views, the most important indicator in mission dimension was advisory structures indicator, in acquisition dimension was the behavior of Jihadist Managers, in organizational dimension was having a team spirit, and in the field dimension was work conscience.

Abstract: 

The individual Characteristics of Managers such as optimism, abilityand CEO tenure can improve corporate financial performance, also can affected the behavior and the type of decisions makingin organization. Information transparency is affected by these behavioral Characteristics. The CEO tenure as a criterion is extent of decision making horizon of Managers. In this research ability, tenure and optimism are used as individual Characteristics of Managers. The sample of this study includes information on 100 companies accepted in Tehran stock exchange during 2013-2017. The results of data analysis indicated that the behavioral Characteristics did not have a significant effect on stock market inefficiency.
